Perfect Keto Cookies Review

Cookies are some of the best snacks to eat. Their size makes them great to carry around, plus there are plenty of variations to choose from that suit your tastes. For people on the keto diet, Perfect Keto cookies satisfy cookie cravings without sacrificing nutrition.

In this review, we discuss Perfect Keto cookies in detail. Keep reading to find out how these cookies can meet your macros and support your health on keto, and our honest thoughts about this product.

What are Perfect Keto Cookies?

Perfect Keto cookies are low-carb, high-fat, and moderate-protein snacks that have been tailored to meet every keto dieter’s daily macronutrient requirements. These are not like regular cookies in that they use the fewest possible ingredients and avoid added sugar.

We’ve tried Perfect Keto cookies ourselves. We would say that these cookies aren’t just healthy, but they also taste fantastic. If you’re one of those who like their cookies soft and chewy, Perfect Keto cookies are for you.

You can have them as a quick pick-me-up snack, pre or post-workout fuel source, or a meal replacement if you’re too busy for lunch. According to Perfect Keto, “Eat when craving something sweet. Level up dessert by drizzling Keto Nut Butter on top.”

Nutrition Facts

Perfect Keto is serious about offering only high-quality products. And that starts by making sure that macros are well-balanced. Depending on the flavor, one serving (equivalent to 2 cookies) has:

  • Calories: 180-210
  • Net carbs: 3-4 grams
  • Fat: 15-18 grams
  • Protein: 5-7 grams
  • Added Sugars: 0 grams

To get the net carbs, we subtracted the grams of fiber, erythritol, and allulose from the grams of total carbs. Note that net carbs refer to the carbs that can be digested and used for energy. Fiber, erythritol (a sugar alcohol), and allulose do not affect your blood sugar levels.

Flavors

Perfect Keto offers three flavors, namely: Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chip, and Peanut Butter. They have a slightly different taste, although you can quickly notice the distinct nutty flavor due to the use of almonds, almond flour, and peanut butter.

different flavors of perfect keto cookies

Perfect Keto Snickerdoodle Cookies

With notes of cinnamon and butter, these snickerdoodle cookies are wonderful treats for the holiday season or anytime you miss snickerdoodle. What’s more, they’re sugar-free. Make yourself a keto-friendly hot chocolate to accompany these cookies.

Perfect Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Honestly, these chocolate chip cookies do not taste exactly like classic chocolate chip cookies. But if you’re looking for something delicious and healthy, choose Perfect Keto. We like pairing these cookies with a Caffe Americano, but you can always have almond milk instead.

Perfect Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

These are for peanut butter lovers. Peanut butter provides a good amount of potassium, which you’ll notice in the nutrition facts label. This cookie flavor has 190 milligrams of potassium per serving, while the other flavors have 126 milligrams and 180 milligrams.

Ingredients

If there’s one thing that makes Perfect Keto stand out as a brand is that they emphasize clean and quality ingredients. For example, the Snickerdoodle cookie flavor is made with almonds, grass-fed butter, and coconut oil, which are all keto-friendly and sources of antioxidants and healthy fats.

What We Like

Finding convenient snacks that truly keep you in ketosis can be difficult for most people. Upon receiving these Perfect Keto cookies, we immediately tried them and tested our ketone levels using urine test strips. We’re very impressed that our ketone levels did not decrease.

Perfect Keto is reliable. When they say their cookies have only 3-4 grams of net carbs, that’s all you get. You don’t have to worry about hidden ingredients that raise your carb intake and kick you out of ketosis.

Also, these cookies are tasty. Although they don’t taste exactly like traditional cookies, they’re sure to satisfy your sugar cravings. You’ll be surprised that after one serving, you’ll feel so full. That’s because of the high fat content of these cookies.

What We Don’t Like

The peanut butter flavor was our least favorite. We easily got bored, which is why it took us months to finish the entire box. If you order this flavor, we would recommend dipping the cookies in nut butter (Perfect Keto has nut butters too) to level up the taste.

Final Thoughts on Perfect Keto Cookies

Perfect Keto cookies are much better than regular cookies. They have proven to be reliable when it comes to keeping you in ketosis and curbing your cravings. We couldn’t get enough of the Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Chip flavors, so we highly recommend these!
